Two roasted poblano peppers breaded with blue corn meal. Filled with fresh
corn Monterey jack cheese, and mushrooms. Placed over guajillo sauce, topped
with sour cream and queso fresco. Served with black means and white rice.

::: Honey Rum Shrimp :::
Sautéed Jumbo tiger shrimp, accompanied with white rice, topped with salsa
negra, garnished with our mango papaya relish. Served with black beans.

::: Seafood Tacos A La Memo :::
Two homemade soft corn tortillas filled with sautéed salmon, red snapper,
swordfish, shrimp, and marinated cabbage with avocado chipotle sauce. Served
with pinto beans and white rice.

Two home made soft corn tortillas filled with Achiote, marinated shredded pork and
