Would you like to get compensated well for your work? aSureFit.com, Inc., an up and coming Web Development Service, is looking for motivated individuals who can write their own script to sell our web services to business customers nationwide. Build relationships with clients and create long term income.

Choose your own hours. Marketing to businesses requires that they be contacted during business hours. However there are four timezones in the US so that extends the available marketing hours significantly.

Computer and Internet experience is a plus but not required. However a computer and Internet access is a requirement. Commissioned sales plus monthly bonus. We are looking for several part time people but will consider full time.

Goals: To develop high quality web services and increase computer maintenance service reaching well beyond the Missoula area. To be a marketing oriented company with high quality customer service.

Mission: To be a company that develops it's employees, puts people ahead of greed & long term goals ahead of short term profits.

aSureFit.com,Inc. is a Montana corporation and has been in business for eighteen months (June 1st, 2000).  Our long-term goals include being able pay wages above typical low Missoula wages. This will enable us to hire and retain high quality, devoted employees. The higher incomes will given in the form of quarterly bonuses. 

Specific marketing and income goals are currently under development. When those goals are reached a profit sharing program will be implemented. Each person's bonus will be determined by a combination of length of service and salary, with additional merit bonuses possible.

The goal for the bonus structure is to provide incentive for employees to participate in the growth of ASF. In addition, we will attempt to be fair as far as possible in developing to bonus plan. It should weigh length is service relatively equally to salary level. What should not happen is that a new highly paid person should not be given a bonus larger than the lowest paid person that has provided many years of quality service. 

By developing strong market in Missoula and then reaching out to other areas we will be able to participate and strong economies in other US markets. This will allow us to undercut the cost of local competition while charging substantially more than the going rates in Missoula. This will increase profits for ASF and the incomes of its employees and independent contractors.
